Located in one of the loveliest spots on the island, in the Plakakia neighborhood, a 15 minute walk to the city port, the Architect’s House offers its residents comfort, elegance and a tranquil and nurturing environment for your ideal vacation. Surrounded by pistachio, almond, olive, pomegranate and fig trees, the house can accomodate a family of five, or alternatively a couple and one adult. The house is perfect for someone who wants to be on a meditation, yoga, or mindfulness retreat, offering you a meditation room and study.
The two storey private house, designed by eco-minded architect, on 1,000 sq.m. land, offers 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with a sofa that turns into a single bed), 3 bathrooms and one WC. It is fully furnished and it is surrounded by spacious verandas. The house space is 125 square meters.
The sea is a seven minute walk away from the house, one of the loveliest bays in Aegina, known as the Bouzas lighthouse bay. A mini market, where you can purchase your daily fresh grocery supply is located a 15 minute walk from the house.
Other ammenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a composter in the garden, solar water heater, ventilators and more.
The house is available in May, June, July and September and October 2022.
The cost per week is Euro 1,500. The cost for two weeks is Euro 2500. The minimum booking time is one week as per below:
